ICC/IF image of beta Tubulin staining in HeLa cells.

The cells were 100% methanol fixed (5 min), permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 5 minutes and then incubated in 1%BSA / 10% normal goat serum / 0.3M glycine in 0.1% PBS-Tween for 1h to block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The cells were then incubated with the anti-beta Tubulin primary antibody (Engibody, Cat no: AT0011, Anti-beta Tubulin Rabbit mAb, 1:500) at 25°C for 0.5 hour. The secondary antibody (green) was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (iFluor™ 488) (Engibody, Cat no: AT1546, used at 1:500 for 0.5 hour). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
