L-Glutathione (GSH) reduced has been used in the elution buffer to elute GST (glutathione S-transferase)-fused proteins using glutathione-agarose beads. It has been used to prepare a standard curve for GSH analyses.

 

May be used at 5-10 mM to elute glutathione S-transferase (GST) from glutathione agarose.

• Gravity Column (12mL)

 

• Equilibration Buffer (also named Binding / Equilibration buffer) for GST tagged Protein Purification, 100 mL, store at 4°C

 

• Wash Buffer for GST tagged Protein Purification, 100 mL, store at 4°C

 

• Elution Buffer for GST tagged Protein Purification, 100 mL, store at 4°C

 

• Reduced Glutathione(Reduced GSH)

Note:GSH in solution is unstable in long-term storage, so before step of eluting protein from the resin column, reduced GSH should be dissolved in a certain amount of Elution buffer (Final working concentration of reduced GSH is 10mM), then this GSH solution can be ready for elution)
